Cool Down

This is my favorite part of class. A sense of accomplishment sets in. This morning, "Arthur's Theme" by Christopher Cross played. It reminded me of two things: my childhood and my favorite city in the world.

For a few precious moments in my crazy life, it was nice to feel comfortable and free.

Man Down

It's funny that this song played in class this morning. I partied a little too hard last night. Fernet shots and 6 am spin classes don't mix :(

Nasty Boys

Sometimes it feels like I spend most of my days at work or in the gym. Hearing Janet Jackson's "Nasty Boys" going up that last hill in class last night reminded me that it's OK to be bad and have fun.

As Thomas said in Black Swan, "Live a little."
